For me, ice bathing means being completely in the moment—connected with the nature around me and the power within myself. I would like to share this intense feeling of presence, clarity, and vitality with you. Together, we'll immerse ourselves in the tranquility and freshness of Lake Zell. Ice bathing not only strengthens the immune system and nervous system, but also releases endorphins that bring balance to body and mind. It's a wonderful way to consciously step outside during the cold season, rediscover yourself, and share something special with others.
