With like-minded people, you can try something new besides yoga (e.g., SUP yoga, healthy eating, natural history, etc.) and gain valuable inspiration for your life. Our private retreat location is perfect for bringing your best friend. In a small, private group of four participants, you'll have time for sharing, time for yourself, and time for yoga.

Your host and yoga teacher

Alina is a passionate yoga teacher, NLP practitioner and meditation trainer who is completely dedicated to yoga, nature and personal growth. Yoga has been with her for over ten years and is an integral part of her life, shaping her daily routine and her way of thinking. She feels particularly at home in Vinyasa Yoga and enriches her yogis with creative sequences, pranayama techniques and deep meditation practices.

FAQs...

What is included?

The retreat fee includes 6 nights' accommodation, meals (breakfast and dinner), all daily yoga classes and hikes.

 

What is not included?

Transfers to and from the airport are not included, but can be arranged if you provide us with your flight details.

Massages or additional activities are also not included. Visa fees and travel insurance are also your responsibility.

 

Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Salzburg or possibly Munich.

 

What is the yoga level?

This is an all-level retreat, meaning yoga practitioners of all abilities are welcome. During the yoga classes, we offer flows that everyone can follow, with variations for beginners to advanced practitioners. We expect you to be familiar with the names of simple poses in order to follow the class.

 

What kind of food is there?

The food offered is organic, locally sourced and vegetarian/vegan.

Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) when booking.

 

How do I confirm my booking?

Your place is secured with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

The deposit is refundable up to 12 weeks in advance.
