This retreat takes you out of your everyday life. Away from all the expectations, challenges and habits that you encounter every day.
TIME and PEACE have become our most precious resources. That is exactly what you can find here for 3 days: get out, breathe deeply, find silence, strengthen the connection with yourself and listen to your heart.

Our private retreat location is perfect for bringing your best friend. In a small, private community with a total of 4 participants, you have time for exchange; time for yourself; time for yoga.

Your host and yoga teacher
Alina is a passionate yoga teacher, NLP practitioner and meditation trainer who is completely dedicated to yoga, nature and personal growth. Yoga has been with her for over ten years and is an integral part of her life, shaping her daily routine and her way of thinking. She feels particularly at home in Vinyasa Yoga and enriches her yogis with creative sequences, pranayama techniques and deep meditation practices.
